This is a free tool based on the nationwide pharmacy information service published on Korea's public data portal by the National Emergency Medical Center (E-Gen). It compares each pharmacy's weekday opening hours with the current time to calculate whether it's "open."
Can the open/closed status differ from reality?
Yes. It may differ due to a pharmacist's temporary closure, early leave, or delayed data updates. If it's urgent, we recommend calling ahead before visiting.
Is it accurate on public holidays?
No, this version doesn't reflect holiday-specific hours and only calculates based on the usual weekday schedule. Actual hours are more likely to differ during holidays.
Does it work nationwide?
Yes, Korea's National Emergency Medical Center provides nationwide pharmacy data. However, search is location-based only; there's no manual region picker yet.
How is my location used?
Tapping "Find near me" asks your browser for location permission. If allowed, your coordinates pass through this site's server only to determine your city/district, and aren't stored.
